What is Namaste Yoga?

Namaste is often used as a friendly greeting in written communication, or generally between people when they meet. A number of elucidation associated by experts with the terminology:

Namaste Yoga

In Performing Namaste Yoga, you put your hands together at the chest near the heart while keeping your eyes closed and your head bowed. It is also done by placing the hand in front of the third eye, with head bowed but the hands are still brought down to the heart. This is an especially deep form of respect.
